Really impressed with the prompt response to my service request. My ac unit wasn’t cooling, the service lady (yay girl power!) came in promptly set up a cooling unit in no time. You can hear upstairs neighbors at midnight, 5am, the whole afternoon and evening walking back and forth without stopping. One of them is unemployed, so it’s worse. Paying $1,488 a month and no peace. Office can’t even do anything about it, just send out a text to everyone.
Well have been living here more than a year I can make a honest review: unit itself doesn’t have any problems no leaks no mold no smells and no roaches that it’s a plus appliances are in good condition landscaping is take care off. The biggest problem is parking I work late shifts and by the time I got home there no parking spots available have to park in the handicap ones when they are free because people use them for the same reason there’s no spots at night, part of the problem is someone running a illegal car dealer in t... read more

Dylan is wonderful as always! Stellar property manager. The complex is clean and safe. No parking issues that are normally found with apartment complexes.
