Same day appointment. Pre registered and NO wait. Staff ALWAYS professional and friendly. Dr. Hefner is amazing. She listens, never rushes. I value how she listens to my child and allows him to speak and be heard. Then, she validates his concerns. Thorough exam. Wr drive over 30 miles past many Peds offices to see Dr. Hefner!
Highly recommend Dr Hefner. She has been my kids Dr for 18 yrs now. However I wish they had a wheelchair scale for weight.
