Update: the Director called me and discussed what happened. She assured me that’s not how they want the practice ran, told me she would make that clear to the nurse, and was very respectful. The nurse that took care of us as well as the nurse practitioner that took care of us were great! However a third nurse that we hadn’t spoken with came in and demanded I signed a document that I did not agree with.
