I absolutely love Heather
Im sitting in the parking lot as im writing this still waiting for them to take my wife in for her appointment so far we have been sitting here 20 minutes past her appointment time . We called in to ask when they would get my wife inside since they wont let her the building because shes sick which is dumb right off the bat i mean its a doctors office where sick people are suppose to go not sit outnin a car for over 20 minutes in winter . Terrible customer service! Called 3 times over 2 weeks for a prescription for my elderly father and had to drive into the office to get an answer. Heather NP and Sharon NP are great with my parents but the office staff needs training in customer service.
This Doctor helped me out at one time but as the years went on he detoriated. Shoddy records and Needed to be retrained plus staff members unprofessional.
