Friday September 5th appointment time was 1:30 at 2:30 finally taken back for my labs follow up. Heather is good but wait time was too much.
Horrible office staff. Condescending and rude, raise their voices at you and when met with the same energy they give, they hang up on you and withhold maintenance medication. Not clear on policies, even when asked, I think the office staff needs a complete overhall. The provider has always been just fine, but I'm absolutely appalled and shocked by the behavior of the office staff.
It's 40 minutes past appointment time. This place has had me waiting over a hour before. DO NOT COME HERE. They will waste your time. ALSO when you're waiting a hour in the waiting room, you can hear the patient and the doctor talking in the private rooms.

Im sitting in the parking lot as im writing this still waiting for them to take my wife in for her appointment so far we have been sitting here 20 minutes past her appointment time . We called in to ask when they would get my wife inside since they wont let her the building because shes sick which is dumb right off the bat i mean its a doctors office where sick people are suppose to go not sit outnin a car for over 20 minutes in winter .
