I reached out Dennis Peyton about remodeling pool.. resurfacing, coping, new equipment, pavers etc.. I was very nervous about selecting who was going to remodel pool.. They are the best!
The Hoa needs volunteers on cleaning up each community under Walden Lake Association, and for security guard shacks updates. The security is only there for 6 hours which is ridiculous, should at least be 8 or 24 hour around the clock making sure bring down any crimes.
