Overall, A++. Highly recommend. The representative on the phone at Peycor was VERY nice and helpful, and extremely professional. She had a technician come out the same morning we talked. Jason, the technician, had my problem resolved in about an hour. This company is VERY good to deal with and is very good at their jobs! Background- My air handler shorted out the week before Christmas, and I knew there would be a lot of people on vacation and a lot of work orders stacked up after the holiday. Poor quality and don't want to do recalls! Office secretary have a nasty attitude do not talk to customers right. Need to be shut down ASAP
