AWESOME customer service.Erika was fantastic at listening to what I needed and executing changes efficiently and correctly. I was very impressed!
Unfortunately well over half of USB's don't work. I made the mistake and ordered100. They sent me some replacements but they didn't even cover the amount that didn't work. If I plug it in and it's named "NO NAME" it will not work. If I plug it in and it is named "USB" it will. I would highly recommend looking elsewhere. It is so embarrassing as a professional to send my clients these.
TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. Have been charged twice for one order making me pay 64 dollars for 2 USB drives & every time I call no one answers customer service & every email I send I get an automatic reply that no one is in their office. I will not be buying anything else from this lousy company who doesn't care about their customers.
Just received my custom iPad cover and thumb drives. You guys are awesome. Product looks amazing. Very pleased.
