I recently bought a new (to me) Fiat 500 and I am very happy with the car. The sales service was excellent both from Olly and Ellis. They were helpful and patient and nothing was too much trouble. Olly also followed up a few weeks later to see that all was well. Historically I have never expected good service/engagement from car dealers so it was great to receive it. Thank you

Parts department never answering the phone ,when message left - they never call back . Clearly they just don’t care about customers
