I had a lengthy issue and it went very slowly at first. The case was handed off to multiple people which was frustrating but once Mr Zolfaghari began working with me things began moving. He was excellent in getting back to me quickly, staying on top of my bank, and providing what I believe to be sound legal advice. Definitely want too thank him for helping me move past this stressful situation.

I have a $29,000 tax lien and my income is instantly being garnished!! Why?? Because I made poor choices when I was young which snowballed. Then I made an even poorer choice trusting in a local attorney with a big name!! I switched jobs and saved up to get a REAL lawyer!! Worst mistake of our lives. We got almost no help gathering docs. Almost no communication. We paid $3100 up front for chapter 8. The day before filing, he suggested we needed to do chapter 13. So we did, and started paying the monthly payments on that for eight months at a cost of approx. $2500. We then stopped paying and allowed chapter 13 to end, (on Pew's advice.) Within two weeks, our car was repossessed, (that cost us over $7,000) and a creditor lit into us to the tune of $5500. So, the chapter 13 ended, and then entire... read more
