Recently purchased from this company. They SENT the wrong item. I have invoice with item number, packing slip had different product name AND different item number. Company will not admit error, says I will be charge 20% restock fee, and pay return ship. Item is large, and expensive . restock is over $500 and shipping $200 each way. They want their mistake to cost ME over $900. So far no resolution.
