I chose Michael's services after viewing his YouTube videos and those of other content creators. I found his knowledge and pleasant demeanor to be no different than his videos. Self-service scheduling was easy. Saturday Zoom appointments were especially convenient. Overall, my partner and I were very pleased with the final product and would give Michael a 10 out of 10.
