Thank you for your fast and excellent service, Christy and Dustin, great team, they changed out our water heater removed the old one.
Chrissy and Dustin came out to my parents home to find a gas leak. Not only did they find and fixed 3 leaks they were so nice and explained everything they were going to do to find the leak/s. My mom was so happy they fixed the issues and now I can sleep better at night. HUGE THANK YOU to them both!!!
What we thought was an amazing job turned into a nightmare. A pipe they removed to replace a ptrap and concrete was not reconnected and has now leaked and caused water damage around the hot water heater and hvac unit, into the crawl space and into my husbands military uniform closet causing moldy boots. I was basically called a liar and told I could have had someone come out and cause this when we have sold the home and can’t have work done without the new owners permission.
