What was once a 5 star dealership sold me a Jaguar ipace which died 6 months and 2 weeks after purchase. When I called, the service manager didn't want to know about the issues because it was outside the 6 month warranty they provided with the car. Thousands of pounds down the drain and a car that is just a giant paperweight.

The car i originally was going to get came up with faults after them doing the veichle check and they was honest and told me about it instead of letting me pay for a veichle that would likely come with a lot of other costs after purchase. They searched to find me a more suitable car and got me a ford kuga with low mileage and within my budget that I love and is suitable for us.
