Ordered something wanted to return within 14 days so messaged using online contact form NO RESPONSE. CALLED CONTACT NUMBER. ITS NEVER ANSWERED. NO AFTERSALES SUPPORT AT ALL AND OUT OF POCKET. AVOID AT ALL COSTS
I was sent the wrong part & when I contacted customer services I was advised I'd only be eligible for a partial refund & that's only if I have the original packaging. Really unimpressed, wouldn't recommend.
I ordered a pack of door trim clips, at Least I thought it was a pack, but instead I received just 1 clip, bit much since it was £6.20 and P+P was £6.99 that's £13 for a piece of plastic. I shall not be ordering from them in future.
