After having a poor experience at a different dealership who were unable to fix my car which was 12 months old who provided nothing but poor customer service, I put my trust in Peugeot at Boston to help me on my way to a new electric car after being in hire vehicle for months! Delivery was shorter than expected and everything i needed to know was thoroughly explained to me. Thank you to Andy and all the team I would recommend to anyone, especially those that need a bit more time to do things.
Car was ready for test drive and was clean and tidy. Nathan was very knowledgeable about the car (used Ford Kuga) and helped me check out phone, iPod connection and CD player which worked exactly how I hoped it would …I’m a bit old school! Car was very good on test drive and after a bit of bartering a deal was agreed on my trade in….Collecting car next weekend, hopefully all will go well! So far an excellent experience, would recommend going to Taylor’s and seeing Nathan.
