We’ve been here twice now and had great experiences both times. The people are the front desk are welcoming and genuinely friendly. The vets and vet techs are knowledgeable and kind too. Even managed to find us some cheaper meds to save some money!
Thank you to all of the staff at Petzoic, Dr Averia, Dr.Jeff, along with all the Receptionists, Vet Technicians, Technicians Assistances. A special thank you to Dr. Shelby for all you did for us. We are so appreciative for all the compassion, empathy, care, love and attention each and every staff member had given Mitsy in her final few days. She definitely put up a good fight before she sadly crossed over the Rainbow Bridge RIP Mitsy, we miss you
Unsafe and unsanitary — during my cat’s visit I found a used sharp needle left out beside the weigh scale. I only noticed it after she was weighed, and she could have easily been poked while moving around. Staff and management brushed it off with a quick apology and still charged full price. Do your pets a favour and go elsewhere.
Wow, what an amazing experience with this clinic! Brought our ferret Dudley in for exam and treatment today- the staff was incredibly friendly, patient and understanding. Our vet was very knowledgeable and thorough, provided prompt treatment, as well as thorough aftercare instructions. I'm quite confident that we will be making this our new primary care clinic for all of our fur babies!
