Simply put "WOW"...absolutely the best!
Wow ... these guys are the worst. Not any individual, really, just the place as a whole. My cat came in for surgery a few weeks ago. But here's the problem ... they are set up like a "system" that is the opposite of the "personal" touch. The doctors, techs, and other employees are, by design, interchangeable. Which I'm sure saves them money. But the end result is: literally no one at PetWow takes "ownership" of any issue. Every time I call or stop in, I talk to someone different; and no one I can get on the phone knows ... read more
