Very pleased with the initial discussion of the office staff and and subsequent discussion with the groomer to get familiar with your practice as this would be their first grooming experience. We got teddy bear shavings for both of our cats. They did very well with the experience and my cats look so nice! Highly recommend PetWow!!
I drive 45 minutes to get to this location because of how much I like it and how happy I've been with the services provided. I am always able to get my pets in same day or within a reasonable timeframe of their needs. Dr. Calland is wonderful. The staff has always been nothing but so kind, so helpful, and always keeps my anxious babies comfortable. Very friendly staff. They are always nice to us. They were also accommodating due to us being late. Very easy to schedule appointments for grooming and physician. My dog always look and smell so good after grooming.
They are always very welcoming and demonstrate their expertise. My experience was wonderful from the two front desk professionals to the vet technician and especially the vet herself. I am sorry I don't have the names handy, but Banjo insisted on greeting each one and they responded with love and caring gestures. Thank you. The technician also helped me put my dog Banjo's winter outfit back on after our visit.
All staff members were helpful and caring. I would like to thank everyone today. This was a last minute appointment and everyone at the PetWow facility in Florence, Ky was outstanding! Included were reception, the Doctor, and the Doctor's assistant. You all showed concern and care in your profession. This is why we have stayed with you for almost 22 years.
