Excellent care for both my pet and me. The staff is very kind and were willing to work w/ me on my budget while ensuring the health and safety of my pet. Honestly, every single person we encountered that day was was friendly and efficient. The whole team should pat each other on their backs The best is that you can see by the looks on the staff's faces that they genuinely care about pets and their families

Outstanding care. Staff were extremely professional, polite, and genuine. Everyone working on 6/13 from the Welcome Staff, to the Vet Tech, and the Vet were incredible! The staff was fantastic and did and great job reassuring my wife and I that our pup was in good hands and they would do everything to make sure he was taken care for.

I drive 45 minutes to get to this location because of how much I like it and how happy I've been with the services provided. I am always able to get my pets in same day or within a reasonable timeframe of their needs. Dr. Calland is wonderful. The staff has always been nothing but so kind, so helpful, and always keeps my anxious babies comfortable. Very friendly staff. They are always nice to us. They were also accommodating due to us being late. Very easy to schedule appointments for grooming and physician. My dog always look and smell so good after grooming.

They are always very welcoming and demonstrate their expertise. My experience was wonderful from the two front desk professionals to the vet technician and especially the vet herself. I am sorry I don't have the names handy, but Banjo insisted on greeting each one and they responded with love and caring gestures. Thank you. The technician also helped me put my dog Banjo's winter outfit back on after our visit.
