I am totally confused about a conversation I just had with someone at Petworks Express. I don't recall her name but she stated that they would not accept people who adopted from True Blue Animal Rescue to have their pets spayed or neutered through Petworks Express. She stated that in 2015, someone using my name, from True Blue Animal Rescue in Brenham, had a problem with a policy and because of that they would no longer allow people who adopt from True Blue to go to Petworks Express.
