What made me initially skeptical about this clinic was the fact that I was not informed when the clinic started being open on weekends only. I was thoroughly disappointed with the lack of trustworthiness of this clinic, which ultimately resulted in a waste of time and money. The paperwork contained numerous inaccuracies that I had to request corrections for. Sudden changes in procedure plans that I was never informed of. What a relief to have a walk-in pet clinic. The sign-in, visit, and check-out process were speedy, and the people were nice. They treated my dog (and me) well and allayed my concerns about a worn spot on his nose. Cost was reasonable. Facilities feel a bit office-like, could be warmed up a bit, but fine for the purpose. I would have liked to hear some more specifics from the vet about how he knew it was one thing and not other possibilities I had read about - or why I should/shouldn’t apply the ointment he gave me (which my ... read more
