Terrible. For a minute, I walked into the door. I was treated like crap. They had a sign on the door that said not accepting any more animals after 3 PM. I was lucky enough that two people offered their spot to me and took their cat elsewhere. I was grateful for that. But the veterinarian a big tall redhead I didn’t get her name was extremely rude. Walkin experience on a Friday afternoon was good. Only waited, a half hour. Staff quick, courteous, and took care of my cat just fine. I would recommend!
My cat and I were treated with respect and prioritized. I was reassured that I was doing the right thing. Got my kitty some relief and the antibiotics needed and the price was so affordable at under $200 for everything including meds. Will be recommending to everyone.
