The best
I cant say enough about Dr Bory and his staff. The care they show for the animals and the parents of the animals is top notch! We love and trust Dr B and his recommendations for Jr our cat. He spends quality, informative and patient time with everyone he sees. His office is always full with patients. His pricing is very reasonable and fair. Also.... the office and back rooms smell so clean and fresh! If you need awesome care for your pet, PetVets is your home!.
If I could give Dr. Bory a 10-star rating, I would. After being with multiple vets, he really strikes me as someone who genuinely wants to help more pets (and thus why his services are affordable when he could easily charge more). I wish there would be more vets like him. The wait could be long so avoid Monday and Friday.
The staff is so friendly and helpful. The office is spacious, clean, and decorated in a comfortable, inviting way. Dr. Bory and the other vet we've seen there get down on the floor with your dog and pet them like they're important and special. My husband and I rescue pit bulls and have been to several different veterinarians. This one is our favorite and we have stayed with them for 2 years now. We even make the drive to San Dimas from Claremont.
I have really questioned whether I should write this review. However, I hope no one else goes through what my little guy went through. I took my Chihuahua into PetVets to have his anal glands expressed. They took him in the back room, and I heard a horrible scream. When they brought him to me he was in a little ball and shaking. I asked if it was him who screamed and the vet tech confirmed it was. I took him home and he couldn’t use his hind legs at all and was in horrible pain.
