Edit: April 2025 We’ve returned a handful of times since our first visit, and we’ve always had a good experience. Maizie had a dental cleaning and mass removal surgery in March, and I was so pleased with the care she received before, during, and after surgery. I appreciate how communicative the staff was with updates about surgery and recovery. And I appreciate the willingness to accommodate Maizie’s anxiety. Heather was able to get us in for an urgent care visit same day for my cat Griffin. Everyone was so helpful and caring with him. The doctor explained everything to me and they gave me an estimate before services were done, which I appreciated so much. He loved the technician in the room place. They facility is so clean and the cat room was amazing, my cat was so relaxed. He is feeling much better now and I am very grateful for them. I will continue to use them as my regular veterinary hospital.
My experience at this clinic still weighs heavily on me. Overall, while the other staff members were kind & considerate, my experience with Dr. Giardini was the opposite. During my first visit, I took my cat in immediately after noticing blood in his drool. Dr. Giardini diagnosed him with a tumor and prescribed medication. She informed us that the medication could not be stopped abruptly, as it could harm him. My cats have never been so calm at the vet, same day service, an amazing team. Literally this is the place for it all. Peep the picture, it doesn’t get better than that.
Dr. Amy Shiflett Lied to my face and told me they could do my dogs dental with cauterization. Today, two days before my dogs scheduled procedure, I’m told by the other Veterinarian that this facility doesn’t even have cauterization, that the vet was just going to cut the masses off with a scalpel and leave open wounds. The front desks communication during this entire debacle has been extremely unprofessional.
