We had an emergency with our boxer. They got us in immediately. All staff were awesome. Dr Adam's was great with our Max. Cindy has followed up since then. Office was clean and comfortable. Did exrays and blood work among other things. Pricing was very reasonable. I went to the Breckinridge Ln location in Louisville. Will definitely be visiting the Jeffersonville location.
I cannot speak highly enough of these people. I had a family emergency and needed to board my dogs today (Saturday) and their bordetella had experired 4 days ago. Obviously no one is open at 1:15 on a Saturday. My babies aren't even patients here but I called desperately trying to get their shots so I could get to my family. They so graciously got us in a few minutes after hours and I'm on my way to the airport as we speak. Thank you guys so so much!
The staff here are so kind! I always feel well informed and comfortable discussing treatment options. They put in a lot of effort to make pets and pet parents as comfortable as possible during the entirety of the visit. Additionally, they are great about discussing payments and finding a plan that works for you. They always try cheaper options first to ensure you are not spending unnecessarily.
The staff and doctors at both locations are truly incredible and work seamlessly as a team. When my 6-month-old Cavalier King Charles swallowed a sharp piece of plastic, they acted immediately—taking X-rays and preparing for surgery without hesitation. Dr. Walker and her team were compassionate, thorough, and made sure we had all the information we needed, answering every question with patience and care.
