Dr. Mercer and Lauren were amazing with my cat, Tiffany! It is the most comfortable Tiffany has ever been at a vet appointment. They listened to all my questions and concerns, patiently. I liked that Tiffany had her own cat waiting room where she could be out of her carrier and roam around. Dr. Mercer was very caring with Tiffany and went out of her way to make her comfortable. I really felt heard and I left the appointment very hopeful and confident in Tiffany's care plan going forward. I highly recommend PetVet365!
