My cat Jinxy and I have had our share of veterinarians over the years. She is a bit "spicy" and a bit difficult, so we have not kept up with visits. I could not bare how rough she was handled, with multiple staff trying to hold her down as she fought. She became very ill a few months ago, and after reading the reviews, I took her to see Dr. Smith. She was sick, but still spicy. Sedation was suggested so that labs and testing could be done. We had an emergency with our dog and PetVet 365 in Florence was absolutely incredible. They squeezed us in right away, but never made us feel rushed. They took their time with us, answered all of our questions, and treated Willie with such kindness and care. On top of that, they even checked on him later that evening, which meant so much to us. We are beyond grateful for the compassion they showed both Willie and our family. Highly recommend!
I called on a Sunday when my regular vet office was closed. They were so friendly on the phone and I was able to text pictures of my dog and get a quick reply on whether or not he needed to be seen urgently. Thank you for giving this nervous dog mama some peace of mind!
Be warned, they WILL overcharge you on services and refuse to provide itemized receipts because they “don’t do that”.
