The staff at PetVet365 were very caring and professional when I took my dog there earlier this week. They took blood work and did xrays before referring me to another vet in Cincinnati for surgery. Even though my fur baby ended up not making it, they were so helpful in talking me through my options, and not trying to force me into anything that didn't make sense. This was my first time at this vet clinic and I cannot say enough of how wonderful my experience was. We had to put our sweet dog down and we were very emotional. The staff was attentive and made the process quick and painless. Thank you thank you thank you to the staff here. You are amazing!!! And I will be back!!
If I could give them a negative review I would. All I needed was seizure medicine for my dog because I mixed up the time my regular vet closed on Friday. My vet is closed until Tuesday. So I make an appointment. I have the emailed receipts of getting the medicine a lot of times. She asked about blood work, I couldn't find the email with the results of his bloodwork. So they say they have to run bloodwork before they can prescribe his medicine. So it went from a $72.66 to a $386.11 bill. He needed his seizure medicine so I ha... read more
I strongly advise against taking your pets to PetVet365. We experienced severe communication failures, refusal of care, and staff falsifying permanent medical records. After one of our dogs was treated for an intestinal issue, the attending veterinarian explicitly instructed us to contact the office for medication if our other dogs showed the same symptoms. Dr. Uebelhor was excellent. Very compassionate and knowledgeable and patient with us. The staff was friendly and professional. My wife and I highly recommend this practice.
