Dr .U was fabulous, she was very thorough, seen her for acupuncture/ red light laser therapy on my 6yr dachshund. For cervical herinated disc, will be going back highly recommend her, dog is showing improvement after 1 session, makes me very happy 🐕🐕
I love Petvet 365. I’ve been taking all 3 of my pets here for a few years now, and couldn’t imagine taking them anywhere else. Every staff member cares so deeply about my pets health, and my satisfaction. Thank you Petvet 365!
My wife and I had a wonderful experience with PetVet365. The staff was very pleasant and professional. They took care of my Aussie as if I were the vet. However I've recently changed my review. They have shown a lack of professionalism. One example is they had us drive to their office just to say "oh whoops we're out of the medication". This could be avoided by simply checking before making the customer drive to you and then asking them to drive to Costco. Not a great look.
We came home from our vacation with our ginger cat weak, thin, not moving, peeing bloody urine on the concrete floor. It was a Sunday. Didn't have an appointment, having done business with PetVet a few years ago when our boxer went blind, I just knew they had to see him. Dr. Smith came right out, wisked him back and began her exam. I can't tell you how reassuring everyone was. I knew they were doing their best. Our ginger cat is recovering now. The care and empathy they had for us is "a pill a doctor can't bottle."
