This review is long overdue. I brought my pug, Wrigley, in for a checkup last summer. Everyone was very loving and kind. Wrigley, had to have major surgery, something I had been told before but was not comfortable with getting it done where we had been going. Dr Pinkston and staff are extremely knowledgeable and made me feel as though she would be safe in their care. I fell in love with everyone there. Wrigley is doing very well and I think the doctors and staff at this location. I’m so happy we found you guys.
100000% recommend. They took us in at exactly our appointment time, immediately offered my dog a pup cup. Had a comfortable exam room, toys for him to play with and plenty of treats to make him comfortable throughout the appointment. They gave me an estimate, unlike any other vet i’ve been too, and actually discussed with me what was wrong with him, what they recommend to fix it, how much each procedure was, and advice to care for him once we left. The Veterinarians and staff are amazing! I trust them completely and my dogs LOVE them!! I also appreciate the convenience of being able to schedule 7 days a week.
If you want to bankrupt your family, by all means, take your pet there. Not to mention, how RUDE the receptionist is. They care ONLY about how much money they can make and have ZERO compassion for pet owners.
Dr. Hamilton and Alex are amazing! I took my dog Buster in for an upset stomach and they helped me every step of the way. They told me everything they were giving him, every test they were doing and walked me through treatment. PetVet is a very relaxed and fun vet for my dog as there are toys, treats and he even got a lick mat! I could not recommend PetVet enough! They are truly amazing!
