Dr. Pinkston really took the time to go over 2 specific concerns we had for our new puppy...1) drooling whenever he got near our pickup truck, which driving in it seemed to scare him, and 2) I really appreciated his knowledge of the literature regarding the best time to neuter our puppy and how "current thinking" is a somewhat fluid concept and can change over time.
This was a vet experience unlike any other I’ve ever had in the best way possible! From the intake form alone, I knew this vet experience would be different. There were so many questions about your pet’s temperament, any previous things at the vet that have made your pet uncomfortable or stressed which I have never been previously asked by any other vet office. This is the best place ever. They are so sweet with my little (lol 80lb dogs) girls and I know they are always in great hands. Their after hours team is also amazing. Highly recommend them!!
They are amazing! One of our dogs has fear based aggression when it comes to veterinary care and they take their time with him along with our other dog who they are creating a space she feels comfortable coming to. Couldn’t be more grateful to them!
