I had received a promo postcard from PetVet365 and had saved it “just in case” since my long-time vet recently retired. Sure enough my elderly pup had a digestive issue - I was so thankful we were able to get a same-day appointment! Renae and Dr. Denise were wonderful. The environment was calm and my sweet pup never seemed stressed. Of course a vet visit is never “cheap” but my pup is already feeling better and I’m so grateful for the prompt and pleasant experience.
Krystal and Rene took very good care of my Cat MJ. Usually MJ is very scared to go into the Vet’s office but ever since I switched to PetVet365 it has been a game changer.
I first visited the office when I had been babysitting my daughter’s dog and the dog got a UTI. The staff saw her the same day, and I was so impressed with the level of care and kindness (from treats to treatments) that I now take both of my cats there. The seaparate dog and cat rooms are filled with furniture and toys to make the cat and owner comfortable—no cold exam tables. Took my 3 dogs here this week and the staff could not have been nicer! Such a great facility, with comfortable private rooms and even snacks :) highly recommend!
Came in for a check up and shots for our sweet boy Nitro. He had such a great experience here! The owner is so cool! Petvet365 helped us so much with our GSD Senior Pup, Nitro!
