They where so helpful and caring for our tabby kitten Deanna she had an upper respiratory infection they treated us with very much kindness worked with us. Try to help us get the medicine as cheap as possible, and Taylor, the nurse.she is just awesome she reached out to us a couple days in a row, checking on her even on the weekend on her off day making sure the kitten was OK. This is a wonderful place to take your pet. They are caring the vet cares the nurses care the front desk receptionist cares.
Incompetent, Greedy, Liars. Do yourself a favor and go to Hyde Park or Florence if you like PetVet365. The first time we came to this place, we were lied to about what they were capable of doing. Subsequently, while we paid at Newport, we had to go to Florence to actually get the services. The Vet we spoke with there as well was way more informative and helpful. The staff here is so thoughtful and kind. Words can’t even express my gratitude for how they handled my situation and my poor sick pup. they were so diligent and did everything they could to improve the situation, thinking about me and my dog and helped me so much. They stayed late for us and made us comfortable and discussed every step of what was happening with me. I feel like I had 4 fairy godmothers for my dog. Thank you all so much. Seriously the best of the best. Excellent team that really cares and loves my animals like they are their own. Greeted warmly every single time I come in, and have not once had an issue in the time I’ve been taking my animals there. (Which has been a few years!) The after hours team is also incredible. Huge shout out to them! I needed previous records sent over to me during an after hours emergency at 8 pm and they sent them right away! Y'all, you won’t find better than this place. I’m telling you!
The absolute best place to take your furry best friend. All the staff are so kind and welcoming but Taylor went above and beyond with making us feel so comfortable and at ease after my kitten had surgery. I trust them completely. 10/10 recommend!
