I drove nearly an hour in traffic from Hamilton, to be charged for an exam without being informed of not being able to get a wellness plan enrolled again - That is because of Alisha. Apparently, my mom previously had MY dog under her wellness plan along with her other pets, and there was an unpaid balance tied to that account of services she did not use. I brought my cat in for an illness. The vet was able to get him in earlier than expected! Everyone was kind and my cat was purring the whole time. He immediately felt at ease and was wandering around the room looking at all the toys they had. The doctor’s were able to keep me at ease by explaining all the medication my cat was taking and why he was receiving it. Dr. Kyra is amazing! I feel like she listens to my concerns, she explains what could be happening in my dog's body, then gives me time to digest the new information and understand the plan and ask my questions before just doing it. I love this veterinary practice!
I can’t say enough good things about PetVet365. They helped me handle the remains of my soul cat, Punky, on a Sunday, and treated the entire process with so much care, dignity, and compassion. They gently walked me through the cremation arrangements and paw prints, never rushing me and always making sure I felt supported. I later received a very thoughtful, handwritten condolence card that truly meant a lot during an incredibly hard time. Had a great experience with both the vet techs and vet at this location! My cat caught a bat, so I was worried about whether or not she would need a rabies booster. The vet talked me through what needs to happen, and was very kind and caring towards both myself and my cat. Would definitely recommend them if you’re in need of urgent help but want a safe and calm place for your pets to go.
