My 9 month old seal point siamese kitten died because of this place. She had a bowel obstruction and needed surgery immediately. They initially our first day there, we're amazing. The facility is clean and welcoming for pets. My kitty had her successful surgery. Upon bringing her home care for her wasnt clear and luckily they are super respondent to text. They assaulted my cat under sedation. They prescribed an antibiotic injection she did not need, telling me she definitely had a UTI (the culture came back clean), they pushed me into an NSAID injection. She had a reaction to the treatment and I needed to seek help from a competent vet in another state. To go further into detail, when my cat was under sedation and they were working on her, the head tech, who believes herself to be a vet, slapped my cat’s side so hard she rose up out of sedation and tried to bite her. I cannot say enough good things about PetVet365. My elderly dog fell very ill and my regular vet was out on sick leave. I was recommended this place and sure enough, they got me in. The compassion they showed to both Paco and myself was beyond anything I ever experienced when having to put a beloved pet to sleep. I know I asked so many questions and some of them even more than once and they did not get exasperated at all and believe me if they did which they didn't, I would have deserved it 100% They truly care about animals... read more
