I was referred to Petvet365 by a good friend. I recently added a new puppy to my family and she needed her first round of shots. Making an appointment was quick and easy. The staff was very friendly and answered all of my questions and concerns. It didn’t take all day we were in and out. I actually signed her up with a plan for continuous care,I had a great first visit.
Everyone at PetVet365 was extremely professional and kind. They made my dog feel safe and loved.
Nice people but my experience has not been great. The vet has not been knowledgeable about any questions outside of basic procedures when asked. I also was getting my dog weighed (that is about 65 pounds) and he partially stepped on the scale for one second and it showed 40 pounds and they noted this for the prescription before I had them retake the weight. This lackadaisical effort is disappointing especially when prescribing medicine.
Fear Free Vet, is the way to go (google what "Fear Free Vet" means so you can understand how much it will make a difference in the best ways for your pets visit). Every single person i talked to from making the appointment, the tech, the vet, office manager were so sweet, and they were each amazing to my girl.
