We signed up for the wellness plan for our puppy ($149 monthly). Every visit has been at least $200 on top of that. They throw 5 solutions at one problem to see what sticks but then you don’t know what stuck because there were 5 changes! They charged $237 for an allergy shot that other vets charge $137 for (I called a new vet and asked). I wanted to cancel my plan and we owe $425 for “services rendered” on top of the $149/mo and $200+ each visit. They’re greedy and don’t seem to understand how to diagnose a problem.
This was my first time seeing the vet here. I didn't have to wait for a appointment. They were very concerned about my dog. He hsa a couple of problems but they are addressing them.
The dogs loved the vet. You are immediately brought into a private room with Pet treats and comfy seating. The vet took lots of time explaining everything and answering questions
