Our elderly cat, Tito, was having some trouble eating. Our normal vet was booked until the 20th so we went to the place with the next availability, which was day-after. We arrived 5 minutes early, and when we came in, they called us back before we even had a chance to sit down. Petvet365 is absolutely outstanding. I walked in Friday morning as soon as they opened with my cat who was in terrible shape and I was a mess. They took him back and decided to treat him for us immediately. They are beyond friendly here and beyond understanding of financial situations and they worked with us the best they could to ensure my sweet boy got treatment. My dog has been sick for several days and my husband and I just moved to the area so we didn’t have a vet here yet…I contacted PetVet365 and they worked us in the next day! The staff and doc were very kind, knowledgeable, and professional. They were super helpful, explained everything clearly and even went over pricing beforehand to make sure I was okay with everything! Edit: 10 months later and we are still strictly petvet365. The care that comes out of this clinic is impeccable. My cats are very very comfortable with Dr Ham and all of the awesome techs here. Just excellent. Nicole and Eric were out of this world amazing with our boys today.
