The new vet and staff wonderful
The staff at the clinic was great, but unfortunately the paperwork for my second dog got mixed up and wasn’t updated correctly. The customer service at PetVet was horrible! After waiting for 37 minutes I was met with a rude, unhelpful, and obstinate operator. She didn’t even listen before telling me how it was.She didn’t even know what I was talking about. They really need either more operators or better training.
Staff didnt seem to have it together and vet didnt really check over cat before shot didnt really want to give us time
Super friendly staff and quick service. Was great to mingle with other pet owners while waiting in line. My new vet!
I have a Belgian malinois that does not like vets!!! They were excellent and patient! I don’t have to worry so much about coming to get vaccines🧡🐕
