We arrived early for appointment. People were already in line, we were third. We were lined up out of the way, as we’ve done in the past. The Vet arrived at 9:30. The rest of the team arrived late, Miles (who we were told was the Supervisor) put equipment in the room. Came back out and told everyone they had to disperse. Told we were supposed to return to our cars after checking in per the email we received. He was very rude, when it was stated they were late, Miles stated it was not his problem. Great experience from start to finish once it was our turn in line. The line was very long, but luckily we arrived early. Our senior dog usually howls etc when being taken back for immunizations but with us with him the whole time he was happy and calm. Quick process and definitely more affordable than the vets office and noone pushing unneeded items onto us.

Great vaccine clinic. Saved me $150 for the same this as the vet. Staff was organized, courteous and great with my dog.
