I love you can pre-register and just go in and wait for a text for your turn. It's not as expensive as going to the Veterinary clinic. I had two cats just needed vaccinations. Perfect for them to go and be seen fast.

Took my dog in for a state mandated rabies shot. Vet and technician were great. Process was smooth and efficient. I signed up early in the month and arrived right at the start of the session. I registered as I went through the door and was basically walked right in.

The vets were wonderful but the check in system was not great. I had pre-registered yet never received the text to jump in line while those who walked in and registered on site did

The visit itself was great. Was told I would get emailed the receipt and never got an email.

The vetinarian they had on duty had no personality whatsoever and I found very unprofessional ,even the tech reminded him of his unprofessionalism, on another note the 2 vet techs were amazing and could have run the show without him. Also the sign in to wait in your car did not appear to work,I saw folks going in to wait and I went in too,but it gets a bit chaotic with lots of dogs everywhere.
