The visit itself was great. Was told I would get emailed the receipt and never got an email.
The vetinarian they had on duty had no personality whatsoever and I found very unprofessional ,even the tech reminded him of his unprofessionalism, on another note the 2 vet techs were amazing and could have run the show without him. Also the sign in to wait in your car did not appear to work,I saw folks going in to wait and I went in too,but it gets a bit chaotic with lots of dogs everywhere.
The vet technicians are very friendly and knowledgeable. They make the whole process very simple. I especially like that you can pre-register your pets and not stand in a long line. The veterinarian did a great job with my very nervous dog.
They are so good with animals
All of the people working where great but on the website it tells u to wait in your car and if you haven't been there before than that's what we did till we saw everyone going in with there pets. I had a cat and a small dog to get vaccines for so going In with 30 people in line was kind of a let down since I was literally there first... That's all I wanted to say. Other than that the experience was great. I will spread the word and be sure to tell people not to wait just go in ASAP. Thank you for doing what u do.
