Great customer service skills along with a great product for pups
You were made to walk around the store or wait in the car. The animals were nervous enough without running into other people. It’s easier to wait in a line. The Other vet at least look the dog over and asked questions. Never said a word. Not that it’s your fault but my dog had a VERY bad reaction to the shot.
