I like the pre-registration, arrival check-in by text and the text for when they are ready for you to be in line. Staff was friendly and professional. Prices were good too. Nice, quick visit.
Everything was easy and staff was gentle with my anxious, squirming lab, even though it took 3 of them to keep him calm and everyone safe. I was very impressed at how they managed our Noodles. Results were quick and they coordinated with their pharmacy, so we could get our meds quickly and easily.

Horrible experience because of a 2 hour wait! Just to get flea and tick medicine. No one told me about the virtual line until about 20 minutesafter I arrived, which was at 4:50! What a terrible idea!!! Why not just take people as they arrive?! I was there before 5:00 and didn't leave the store till after 7:00 pm. And just having 1 day every other week is ridiculous. 😤
