Our experience was really good! TS staff are always very helpful and sweet, and the clinic staff were terrific too. The process was pretty smooth and the wait wasn’t long at all. I like that you check in and get a text when they’re ready to process your pets.
Longer wait than I anticipated since I had pre registered. But, staff was very nice and kind.
