Petvet is well organized. I like the text feature to limit how long I have to stand in line with my nervous dog. Prices and packages are transparent. About half of what I’m used to paying. Staff are wonderful and knowledgeable. My dog doesn’t even know he got shots!
The service was fast, the staff answered my questions and the veterinary informed me of my small dog weight 2 1/2 pounds on the process
The vets were excellent. They were friendly, gental and caring. Originally I only took my cat for the vaccine clinic but I will be returning to them for her needs.
First and foremost, I just want to say that the staff was absolutely five star. They did a great job and they dealt with a lot of backlash and angry people with poise and grace. They seem to really care about the animals and making this clinic very efficient. The one star review is because when you pre-register the website tells you to check in online and wait in your car I was the second car in the parking lot with an animal for the clinic, to be specific two very stressed out cats.
