The vets were excellent. They were friendly, gental and caring. Originally I only took my cat for the vaccine clinic but I will be returning to them for her needs.

First and foremost, I just want to say that the staff was absolutely five star. They did a great job and they dealt with a lot of backlash and angry people with poise and grace. They seem to really care about the animals and making this clinic very efficient. The one star review is because when you pre-register the website tells you to check in online and wait in your car I was the second car in the parking lot with an animal for the clinic, to be specific two very stressed out cats. I had our three pets that needed varied shots.. the receptionist, tech and veterinarian were excellent!!!

I took my cat Lexi to the VIP pet care at tractor supply in Berlin, New Jersey. I brought her in on a leash and I was holding her in my arms, she is a 100% leash trained and well behaved she does better on the leash than most of the dogs I ever saw, however they did not like that and said she needs to be in a box.
