There should be a way for those who register to know in advance approximately how long before their turn. Was pre-registered, didn't find out until after arriving that we were #13. Waited 1 hour, and there were 37 people registered when they started, which means those people waited wayyyyyy longer than we did. Ya need a better system.
Didn't realize you needed an appointment. Had to wait and hour in my car with an anxious and frightened cat who had never been to the vet. The appointment went well.
The lady's are good and friendly and cheerful haxx didnt even scream just whined
