Edited to my experience from the past two weeks(11/2025) 2 wks ago they were pretty disorganized with this new check in system. But when I finally was given text notice to come to the check-in sign I stood there for some time before anyone actually asked my name all while new people were arriving and not aware of the pre register on line system now. Although there were several pets to be seen and treated it went very smoothly and quickly.
Staff was very friendly & understanding.
Vet and tech were both excellent and pleasant
