efficient and very orderly
We waited 2 hours in line just to not be seen. Got there before 9:30 when they opened, as online it says they accept walk-ins and we have always stood in line and waited our turn. We’ve been using this service for 7 years. After standing there for over a half hour we were told we needed to register online and not wait by the door. I have never had a poor experience with this service until now. From now on I’ll be making an appointment with their vet instead to be seen.
