My dog’s vaccines were messed up. We asked for rabies vaccine along with full puppy vaccine. They gave us a rabies tag but not a rabies vaccine certificate. No one knows if they even gave him the vaccine like asked. It’s apparently going to take several days for them to through inventory to find out if they even vaccinated him. We are losing money on a deposit for neutering because we can’t neuter without the vaccine and there are no supervisors to expedite or fix the problem. Very professional and courteous. Took my dog for a rabies vaccine. Very satisfied.
I pre-registered and it would have been helpful if they had told me what number I was in line before I arrived. It turned out I was number seven and had to wait 45 minutes in the parking lot. Otherwise the vet was very personable and thorough.
