The people (vet techs and maybe a vet) were great. They opened 30 minutes late which was not a big deal as I was not in a hurry. They did the rabies vaccine and as I was paying for it ($40+) I was told I would receive the documents via email, which I have not as of today. Then I was given the tag for a 1 year vaccination instead of the 3 year. Come on PetVet, he's not a puppy and this is ridiculous. $40+ and only a 1 year vaccine??????

Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I really liked the vet. She asked questions about my dogs and gave me informative advice. I paid about half of what I would have spent at a clinic. Will definitely be using them again.

So I have recently rescued a stray dog. Took her up there today to get checked out and her vaccinations. The people and vet was amazing and I could not ask for a better service. So when you pre-register, I would recommend getting up there 30 to 40 minutes early and get in line because it will get filled quickly.

It was mostly fine, except for the disorganization of the process. We were literally the first ones there at 1:00, had already checked in online, and still waited over an hour to be seen. We were told when we arrived that it was no longer done inside the store and to wait outside. It was chaotic and a lot of people were confused as to what to do. Other than that, it was okay...not super friendly, but not rude either. Been doing this for years and never encountered these problems before.
