They were very sweet to my small baby girl Mia! They even hugged her while she was getting her shot. They were very thorough with their exam of her. She seemed very happy with the doctors.
Literally arrived at 1pm to a long line. I had pre-registered so didn’t worry. When the vet techs arrived at 1:30 they setup and then sent everyone to their cars to wait for a text message. I waited and waited and waited until it was literally 3:30 when they were supposed to be done by 3pm. And that’s when I see them rolling out their massive trunks of supplies back to their van. The people (vet techs and maybe a vet) were great. They opened 30 minutes late which was not a big deal as I was not in a hurry. They did the rabies vaccine and as I was paying for it ($40+) I was told I would receive the documents via email, which I have not as of today. Then I was given the tag for a 1 year vaccination instead of the 3 year. Come on PetVet, he's not a puppy and this is ridiculous. $40+ and only a 1 year vaccine??????
Everyone was very helpful and friendly. I really liked the vet. She asked questions about my dogs and gave me informative advice. I paid about half of what I would have spent at a clinic. Will definitely be using them again.
