The staff was very courteous and helpful. The Veterinarian was very knowledgeable and personable. This group made the visit very enjoyable!.
Doctor and staff great. Waiting inside store with 50 other dogs not so fun.
Brought our two pups in yesterday and the experience was fast and easy. The day after however, our older pup can’t even walk up stairs or climb out of bed. Assuming the techs handled our pup aggressively and even possibly tore one of his muscles. Definitely won’t return, the lack of care for the animals from the techs was upsetting. Just a in and out quickly and no regard for their actual comfort. -5 stars if I could
