I honestly believe it was such a horrible experience when it came to being organized. They have you pre registered and give a time. Yet they were just taking random ppl within the line. It literally says they will text you when it’s your turn and texting services was not working and they were taking people who walked in before the person who was registered. I literally waited from 3:50pm- 5:45 before they took me and my dog. However once we got in the staff was great at handling my dog inside and being friendly and fast. But... read more
The doctor and her staff were so nice. They really seem to care about their patients.
My visit for this service date was horrible. The supervisor for this past Sunday was unprofessional, rude, late, disrespectful and needs to possibly find a less stressful job. Then told me she was not giving me her name and not serving my two boys. Once my boys were seen. She did not in put my boys current date of birth nor weight. I had to spend over an hour and a half waiting on hold for costumer service.
This time was a different experience - been coming here for 3 years with no issues. The report on my dog’s portal is the same from last year. They did not updated it with current weight and doctor’s name as it was a different one with this visit. No temperature check, etc. just gave the vaccines and that was it. While giving the vaccines the vet and his two assistants were laughing the whole time. My dog has severe anxiety. I was not pleased with those on duty for my dog’s appointment. I prefer the other vet.
The vet was 20 minutes late. We felt rushed through the exam, and the guy said we couldn't do a nail trim add-on because there was a long line.
