My visit for this service date was horrible. The supervisor for this past Sunday was unprofessional, rude, late, disrespectful and needs to possibly find a less stressful job. Then told me she was not giving me her name and not serving my two boys. Once my boys were seen. She did not in put my boys current date of birth nor weight.
