I have been a customer of VIP for at least 20 yrs with various pets. This was by far the worst clinic I have attended. Very disorganized, slow, and your prices have increased to the point that I am considering doing shots at the vets office. With no idea of when it would be your turn, the supposed text to come inside the store meant you were in line with many pets, many of them puppies minus their vaccinations, hence why they were there. I had a fantastic experience at the PetVet Vaccination Clinic in Watsonville! I brought in my two 12-week-old miniature poodles for their vaccines, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and helpful making the whole process easy and stress-free. The text system was a little confusing and most of the other customers using this clinic appear the be unable or unwilling to understand basic instructions from the emails or the staff. However, the staff was very caring, kind, attentive, and clear in their communication. The price is right and the fried chicken food truck in parking lot smelled amazing. All in all an amazing service. Thanks PetVet. Be kind to them they are driving all the way from Fresno on a Saturday morning and caring for your 4 legged family.
It sucks they only open Saturdays worst mistake they ever made and no matter how early you get there some people are earlier somehow got there before it opened and had no chance of my dog getting a exam anytime soon had to legit change my doctors
