Took a dog for vaccinations. Stupid multi-tiered and check in process. No paperwork rabies certificate etc provided at point of service. Was told it would be sent via email but the one needs to go through another whole level of joining and signing in to access records so customer becomes a marketable commodity. Horrible horrible experience. The sign in to get records can not be done with one's smartphone? And you have to have a smartphone on you to even get service. Will never ever use this vet service again!
Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant they were able to get our dog his shots without any problems. It just seemed that waiting an hour and a half was a little long because we checked in about quarter till 12:00.

Now that I know that since I was registered for the appointment online, I don't have to show up an hour early next time. Thank you.
