This was a perfect experience well organized and allowed for my pet to interact with other folks and other pets. The staff was very kind and amazing and my pet was not fearful for the first time ever!

It was an ususual day ... hardly any pets. So no time to wait and wait, instead it was relatiely quick and easy. Nice!

Took a dog for vaccinations. Stupid multi-tiered and check in process. No paperwork rabies certificate etc provided at point of service. Was told it would be sent via email but the one needs to go through another whole level of joining and signing in to access records so customer becomes a marketable commodity. Horrible horrible experience. The sign in to get records can not be done with one's smartphone? And you have to have a smartphone on you to even get service. Will never ever use this vet service again!

Everyone was very helpful and very pleasant they were able to get our dog his shots without any problems. It just seemed that waiting an hour and a half was a little long because we checked in about quarter till 12:00.
