This used to be first come first serve. Now you have to pre register online, which would be fine if they gave you a time frame for an appointment. I pre registered the day before, got there at 4:00 (when they opened), was first in line, and the girl told me i had to wait for a text message to be seen. I asked if she had a rough idea as to how long it would be of a wait, and she didn’t give me anything, she just said anywhere from 4-5:30. i don’t mind waiting, but waiting for an hour and a half?? c’mon. The ad we read online said low cost 12.00 for rabies vaccine and when I checked out for just the rabies vaccine it was 56.00. Was shocked at that price and did not find that to be low cost.
The staff were very friendly, helpful and efficient. It was a great experience for the first time!
Staff was very nice. Line was long. an hour long The session was 4:00 to 5:30 - there were people without prior check in. Maybe have a time frame for preregistered and an open time frame so those who preregistered can be expedited. Over all it was a very good experience. I would also suggest poop bags and wipes.. Several people were cleaning out the bathroom of supplies to clean up after their dog.
