Hands down the best I’ve worked for. They treat their staff well and understand when life comes up and are willing to work around it and support the team! They are there when there’s questions AND aid veterinarians and RVT’s in CE credits! Outstanding place and team to work for!

I recently had to take my 5 yr old maltese to WCRAH in Hendersonville NC. Owned by thus company. I have worked in the vet industry for 10 years and knew what was wrong with her. She was in critical condition. The vet on call disagreed and started treating her for a bleeding ulcer of which she had no symptoms. Long story short my diagnosis was correct. His was not. My little dog did not receive the correct treatment for 5 days and almost died. They refused to give even a partial refund even after admitting they were wrong. A ... read more
The management team at atlantic coast veterinary specialists should be ashamed of themselves. They do not care about the clients, staff, or the animals. Dr. Kramer should have never sold the buisness to PetVet. I have been a client for over 15 years and referred numerous people to them. Such a disappointment that a respected specialty hospital has gone downhill so fast. I will not be returning. Trust is completely lost, so please do not ask me to call to gain my trust back.
