I hate posting this, but this is a joke of an animal clinic. They asked if we had applied for the credit lines they were pushing more times than they told us anything about the status of our cat. After several attempts at getting reasonably clear answers to why things were billed the way they were, we walked out with pockets $750 lighter and exactly zero answers for our cat. These people don't care one bit about your animal, they want your money or for you to apply for Care Credit or Cherry. They must be getting kickbacks fo... read more
Dr Jones, Rachel, Stephanie and Wanda were great with my painful pet. They were very understanding and careful. 100 % recommend.
We had the best experience. Our little dog Billy was throwing up and had diarrhea. They treated him and us with such kindness and compassion. They kept us posted each step of the way with treatment and prices and made us feel at ease. We know our little Billy can be a real pain in the rear end and they acted like he was an angel. We are grateful beyond measure and Billy is doing fantastic today.
My dog Rusty has been seen several times in the past 2 years and last time I was there I was told just send the prescription through Chewy and they'll approve it. After sending eye drops through the prescription request I was DENIED my request because my dog needs to be reseen. Unless its an EMERGENCY and you cant wait DO NOT COME HERE. They used to care now only care about getting your $$.
