Took my rug to Pettyjohn’s after we lost our sweet Wrigley of 16 years. After years of wear, tear, doggie accidents, and lots of in and out/dirt/mud, it was trash it or see if we can salvage it. Seeing the before made me realize how badly it needed to be cleaned. They did the most amazing job! I was amazed at how clean and stain free this rug was. It looked brand new. Highly recommend!!! It was worth every penny. Great service, nice staff, convenient location.
Absolutely amazing job, exceeded my expectations. We have a 5 year old synthetic Ben Soleimani rug. It was in pretty rough shape due to pet stains and traffic patterns. All stains we were removed, all smells gone, a lot of texture returned from traffic patterns, and just overall clean feeling. The cost was also very reasonable, and the communication from Amy was always very prompt.
